We are seeking a passionate and dedicated German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional and tailored customer service to our German-speaking clientele, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all users.
About the Role: Customer Support Agent with German Language Skills
This position is integral to maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty of our German customer base. You will be the frontline support, troubleshooting issues, and offering prompt solutions to enhance the user experience.
This role is based in Malta where full office presence is required.
Responsibilities of a Customer Support Agent:
- Provide customer assistance and resolve issues for our German-speaking and English-speaking players via live chat and email.
- Assist and guide customers through the website, helping with navigation, account creation, and management.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Payments & Fraud, to maintain a secure and trustworthy gaming environment.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and relay important information to relevant departments.
What We Look for in Our Candidates:
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry or similar fast-paced online services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
- A team player who can equally thrive when working independently.
- Adaptability to work various shifts, including late evenings and weekends, catering to our global customer audience.

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Patience and empathy to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
